The receptionist was Romanian. He was very cute and helpful.
The carpet in our room was damp. It left an awful smell. I could not relax because of the stench. Our room could not be changed because the hotel was fully booked.

the location was near the tube station, it was really useful.
the room cleanliness wasn't what i expect from a hotel like this, dust was all over. i also found brown stains on the towels for two days. i probably wont be visiting again.

I loved the breakfast buffet. It had so many options! the gym was open 24 hours and i used the sauna. the room was spacious with a great shower. I really liked the bed. the location near old street station made getting around easy.
